How It Works
We start from where your child actually is, not where the syllabus says they should be.
Our Method
First half — find where they actually are
We start from your child's real level, not the lesson plan. What's due, what's stuck, what's been skipped.
Second half — work it through together
Your child does the thinking. We ask the questions. No lecturing at a screen.
After the session — the full picture
You get a written note: what we covered, what clicked, what's still shaky. Every session, without being asked.
Example note — Tuesday, Grade 8 Algebra 1
Today: solving two-step equations with negatives.
What clicked: Maya spotted that subtracting a negative is the same as adding, on her own, about halfway through. She stopped second-guessing after that.
Still shaky: distributing a negative across parentheses. She gets the first term right and drops the sign on the second. We'll drill this next week.
At home: nothing formal. If she offers to explain problem 7 to you, let her — she'll cement it by teaching it.

We work alongside your child's actual class — their textbook, their homework, their upcoming test.
If your school uses Common Core, IXL, Khan Academy or Big Ideas Math, send us what they're working on and we'll follow it.
Not teaching yet: Algebra 2, Pre-Calculus, Calculus, SAT/ACT prep. We'd rather tell you than take your money for a subject we don't teach best. Before You Book
Scheduling
We're seven hours ahead of New York, so we teach US afternoons and evenings from our night. That's a deliberate choice.
Weekday evenings
3:00pm–6:00pm Eastern2:00pm–5:00pm Central
Weekends
Mornings and afternoonsEastern and Central time zones
Pick any open slot and it will show in your time zone automatically. No time-zone math.
Many of our families choose weekends on purpose — weekday evenings are already hard enough with homework.
FAQ
We don't ask them to sit still and listen — that's what fails in a classroom. Your child is working, answering and explaining the whole time.
We change activity every few minutes, and if focus is gone we stop and reset instead of pushing through. Ninety-minute sessions include a proper break.
Yes. Send us the textbook, homework or test topic and we work from that.
The free trial, yes — all thirty minutes.
Regular lessons, no: a parent in the room changes how a child performs, and for a student who struggles to focus it costs them the session. You're invited for the last five minutes of every lesson and you get a written note every time.
No. We don't record children.
Email us and we switch them, free, no explanation needed.

The free trial exists so you're never paying to find out whether we're any good.
No — it's the most common thing we see. We find the actual gap and fix it rather than pushing forward on a broken foundation.
All four are graduates of Moldo-Finnish High School in Chișinău (Liceul Moldo-Finlandez), a private school using Finnish teaching methods. Two have completed Southeastern University (Florida) math coursework through dual enrollment.
